(Currently available for all years of dual overhead cam Nissan 240sx)

This stainless steel power steering line setup replaces the less durable OEM setup. The ECU uses the OEM sensor to compensate for the increased load during turns by increasing the RPM’s. Unlike other aftermarket power steering lines, our setup retains the use of the OEM sensor through our patented distribution block which bolts up to the OEM bracket* minor modification necessary. The thermal sleeve guards against abrasion, as well as heat. A replacement OEM sensor can also be ordered if needed. Detailed installation instructions and all necessary hardware included.

Prices for the complete setup (with thermal sleeve) start at $270

All Thorough Concepts products are backed by an industry leading 3-year warranty on materials and workmanship. Our products are 100% made in the U.S.A. and are of the absolute highest quality. Every product is hand-inspected prior to shipping.

Why wouldn't you put the cooler on the return line?

I do not understand why you cannot make it bolt on to the stock bracket? You went through all the hassle and R&D to make that distribution block so why just not measure it up and just have it 100% bolt on? Makes no sense to me...

Whats this "minor" modification even mean? Can we get some install pic's please?

You're products look great.. I'd like to see them on our cars before getting all nilly dilly on it

Hey everybody,

We apologize for being MIA for a few days, we had some errors with our Zilvia account but we're BACK!!!

We do offer a cooling option for $380 *will currently require custom bracket (but we're currently working on brackets) - If interested either PM us or email directly to [email protected]

As for the minor modification to the existing stock bracket, this is to bolt the second bolt to which is highly recommended. You will simply need to use the template which comes with our setup and drill one hole through the bracket. Again, this is highly recommended but not 100% necessary. Will be posting installed pics in an hour or so.

We are very big on doing things properly and cleanly. We ship our lines already attached to the block (properly torqued and secured with teflon paste thread sealant to ensure a leak-free setup). We also include the simple template necessary to drill the second hole as well as all necessary hardware and instructions.

If you guys have any questions/concerns/suggestions, please feel free to PM, post, or email ([email protected])!!!

Thanks,

Mark:cool:
