My car is almost done!

I say almost because it is drive-a-ble now.. I just need to reroute my heater hose to the heater core but the mechanic is going to japan for a week and so they can't do it now since the motor is in and all..

Here is the low down on what happened to my car over the last 3 and a half months

I took my car in to RPM Motorworks in Anaheim in October

They were supposed to get the swap done in 2-3 weeks.. (promised)

they had to wait for the motors (understood, since almost everyone was having delay's because of it)
The motor came is and they took my motor out..
I kept on calling every day to see what is going on and they kept telling me that they are working on it but for somce reason every time I went to the place my car was left outside with the windows open in the same sopt!!!!

by the end of 2 and a half months I got irritated by all the lies and bull siht they were giving me and called up my friend at a company who is their supplier for some stuff and he got on their cases... they finally got some crap together but didn't know what they were doing with the wiring..

so they had Phase2 come out and do it for them!!!

all this time they kept on lying to me and giving me the run-a-rounds

after 3 months... my car was "done"

I say it like that is because when I went there to pick it up..
it ran like crap..
the speedometer was not working
car was over heating
oil pan was not fixed
Heater not working
heater hoses had some major kinks
oil leaking from somewhere
heater core not plugged in at all
air conditioning not working at all
no clutch fan
electric fan wiring jacked up...
janky job
alright wiring job (not the best but not the worst)
miss-aligned hood
my side skirt was craked pretty bad
scrathes all over the side of the car and hood and on the truck
Never tuned it nor drove it

I drove it home because he kept on saying leave it over night and I was sick and tierd of leaving it there

meanwhile I almost got in a fight with another guys in the shop becaue he said I already had the broken kit and scratcheson the car when I took it in there.

they told me "well work it out" meaning they will pay a part and I pay a part! which is BULLSIHT!

I paid with a CC and denied the charges once I got home

I called Phase2 to have a look and see what else was wrong with the car because the car broke down while I was driving home from work...

They couldn't do it because they were extreemly busy...
I got the car to run again at home by just going through the entire engine bay and double checking all the plugs and making sure they were good...

I called up AUtolink Motor Works in Temple city

they were very helpfull... unfortunetly they couldn't get myc ar in untill after new year.

I dropped my car off at AUTOLINK MOTOR WORKS on Friday Jan the 2nd there
Their 240 guy is going to Japan for a week and a half Tomorrow so he had a few days to work on it and they are closed on Tuesdays (I was thinking GREAT)

BUT they worked on it on friday night and Saturday some and Yesterday they were there till 10:30 when they called me to tell me it ws done!!

That is awesome because they promised my car would be done in a short time and they came through!!!!!

Out of the 2 and a half months my car was at RPM I never once got a call from them.. I had to call them everyday untill I looked like the A-Hole

to sun it up.. my car id done.. I will be picking it up Wednesday and driving it around untill the mech is back in about 2 weeks and take it back for them to fix the heater hose..

there were a lot of minor problems that they at Autolink discovered and fixed... I will list them at a later point when I get the car adn pay for the stuff

sorry for the long *** novel of a post....

this is another reason i wish more people new about the services i provide, 3-5 days for swap, very low prices, and local , LB california. A lot of ex-honda shops or honda specialty shops are trying to "get in with the drifter scene" and trying their hands at nissan swaps and modifications. i cant tellyou how many bungled swaps ive had to fix for people who got them thru similar circumstances at least phase2 was able to help you out.

RPSports - do you have some pics of yourself doing some swaps? pictures mean more than 1000 words.. some pics of your final product references and whatnot would help ppls confidence allot

my friend and co-criminal in our mercenary tuning world john is sooo fkn lazy and will not upload the pics on the webpage. Ill try to get him to do it tonight if possible check it out tomarrow, there was like 30 pics we were going to put up , a couple recent swaps and several bungled cars that we had to fix.

there was one great one that we had to fix. They bolted the stock cv axles in but the bolts were back wards so the locking faces didnt meet with their seats on the proper side of the outputs shafts on one of the axles. the axle slowly came undone from the output shaft as each of the bolts fell out until only one bolt held it in, then that snapped and the whole axles spun around under the car tearing apart the rear subframe. the entire rear subframe had to be replaced as well as the diff itself and the outputshafts and the axles. classic example.

ill let you know as soon as the pics are up on the page.

video will also be goin up soon

If you guys can do me a favor and link this thread to other boards for me, it will be a great help!

I don't want another person getting screwed by this shop and I don't want them making any money..

they didn't care about me or my car and they treated me like that.

just because they had my car in their possesion I had to play with their rules..but not anymore

Stick it to em' Anand. Those guys don't deserve any Nissan business.

Dood, we are cool and all .. nothing personal ... but I would not get a swap done from you….you need to do a better job, just some constrictive criticism. Who knows maybe you have an idea of what you’re doing now .. However, the ghetto wiring, cut corners and also blowing 3-4 motors up because you did not know what you were doing does not sit well with me. :P .. please spare the excuses.

youve never seen any cars ive done swaps on other than the ones i did for friends for close to free and my own car. So is this the person that has been spreading false rumors around the south bay? i was wondering who it was! And you should talk after selling me a blown engine telling me it was in perfect condition. Riiight....

wheres your car? is it runing?

on the subject of blowing engines, have you even done a 2 hour straight canyon run? how about runing nitrous on an sr20det. Have you ever pushed the limits just for the purpose of doing so?
Some stupid things have happened in the past as with anyone when they are racing their car every single night in the twisties in palo verde to the drag races of compton and ontario.

please dont be hypocritical you dont know any of my recent or current customers nor do you know how i work now.

Do you tear down the entire wiring harness and go thru it wire by wire and resoder everything, then shrink wrap with hi temp material and make the harness invisible.

the only ghetto swaps were ones that were rushed by the customer or ones done for friends for close to free. I can only do so much with the resources and money im brought.

In the recent months organization, clenliness, efficency and PRIDE IN ENGINEERING are the core beliefs of both myself and my buddy John.

RPSport is a two person team and john brings even more Knowledge and experience to the table than I do.

I can vouch for this. I use to deal with "RPsports". Luckily he/they never touched my car.

there was no rpsport when you were my "friend" it was just me doing small favors for people same with omar. I don't regret changing your gear oil, checkingyour compression, changing your oil and giving you any basic knowledge or help with your car. John wasnt even my friend at the time i had been told by many people of things he had done which he had not in order to get me to keep him out of the scene once i figured out those people were in the wrong me and john were friends again, and started to combine our knowledge to do business.

our recent customers dont even come on forums or any message boards! you know why? they never have any problems with their cars and they are constantly racing and pushing the crap out of them. We have had people come from as far away as san fransisco recently just for tuning and advice.

I am more interested in helping people out than runing a cut throat money machine. We are more of a club that you join into when you get work done than a couple of guys who do work.

why do you people choose to eat your words so much, your going to be choking to death soon.

Look, what did I tell you .. do not take it personal .. your catching feelings.(or so it seems)

Who the hell is spreading false rumors, I'm just telling what I seen with my own eyes and those were pretty janky swaps. The Long block was somewhat strange ... And I still do think user error on that one ... but i did take it back. Ihaha, I heard some more shit about you trying to sell some items .. However, I wont touch that..

My car !#$#[email protected]$1 ... I own a Neon .. what does it have to do with anything.

Yeha, do some can-can runs, no drag racing for me ... no nitrous for me. . .. wow man, you do all that stuff .. you are one badass motorfucker ... your the shit .. WHOO WOO

How am I being be hypocritical, when I said you might have an idea of you're doing now and not just fucking a donkey in the dark .. now you have a LED flash light to see where you are sticking it. or just blowing smoke

Do you forget I did that wiring harness for you .. HAHAH, you know ... I bet you tore down my wiring harness and checked it out .. wrote down what I did .. hahaha, glad I can teach you.

"why do you people choose to eat your words so much, your going to be choking to death soon."
If this were true you would have died a long time ago

You cannot fix the machine if you do not have the components

No, you do know something, but act all mighty.

I told you .. stop calling me master, I released you to the wild long ago.

Yes, that harness was hacked to shit, and I still got it working... I think thats why you didn't want to touch it.

personal attack, nope, sorry I dont see it that way, just constrictive criticism, if you're going to to try and plug yourself on here, at least do decent work. And you say you do NOW, and I haven't seen any of your recent work (and dont really care to either) so that might be true.

C'mon, how could you treat your "freinds" like that and do such bad work ? those are your friends ... tish tish

If I wanted to get perosal, I would just qoute on of your ex-customers
"I should’ve known better then trust that disease infested ball of lust and carnage, piece of garbage with my money and car"

i'm done

its long beach, people are cheap and people are ghetto and some times people are happy what works instead of whats clean because thats the only money they have for it and Its not like they are my best friends just car friends. I appreciate constructive critism any ways back to the post.

shops suck, do it yourself. If something breaks you'll be able to fix it yourself.

dont get me started on updating the site, john is more competent and a clean worker than I most of the time but he keeps forgeting to give me passcode to upload crap to the fttp. Its been so long, ill tryo tget some sht up tonight i know i said that before but ill try again definitly will work on it this weekend although we have a car that needs work on sat as well as tonight.

i have heard the name rpm but only in passing. I know of most reputable shops in socal but never heard of them. Normally if i havent heard of them they specialize in honda applications.
