It's simple drain the pan. Unbolt it. Remove the old remains of liquid gasket. Reapply and bolt it back up. Make sure you remove the RTV off of the upper pan also

also raise the engine a little so you wont have to struggle takin' it off..
loosen up the motor mounts if you dont have a cherry picker available get a good jack and jack it up where the engine meets the transmissin!

borrow a floor jack from a neighbor or something... safety first ! (do not use the little bitch jacks that come for changing the spare tire)

I would say just save up for a cherry picker, keep adding/checking oil until you can afford to safely change it. Buying a $35 bug thing of oil and adding a little every so often is much cheaper than anywhere from hospital bills because of an accident to a funeral. Those bitch jacks for changing tires not maintenance.

^^ And don't go to the local auto parts store and use the pre-cut cork gasket they may try and sell you. Just get a tube of black RTV.

would that tire changing jack work to raise the engine?
i'm gonna be using some stands for the car.

i definetly would not recommend it, there's a chance it can slip...

just use a jack. heavy duty jack.... your going to be working with your hand in between engine and crossmember.. heres the steps.
1.raise car on jack stands.
2.loosen engine mount bolts till almost very last thread
3.jack up engine from where the tranny meets engine and make sure to put a 2x4 so it wont damage anything. also make sure youll still be able to get to the bolts on the back.
4.unbolt the sway bar and careful with it swinging down towards your forehead lol
5.unbolt the pan in order. check fsm. taking off the pan is tricky you have to kinda manuever it around.
6. clean and put rtv on oil pan
7. repeat backwards and tighten everything.
