try penching ur fuel return with a pair of pliers ur regulator might be bad and not enough fuel pressure its a good way to test the regulator

I know people had problems with the car turning off after a few minutes and it was the coolant temp sensor, the one that goes to the ecu. They were able to start the car only when the motor was cold.

Is it a sr? If so under the intake Mani to the right there will be 2 sensors one for ur ecu temp and the other for ur gauge. the 2 pin connector is the one u want to check. Believe the ka has the same one just make sure it's same year as ur sr or the plug won't mate up

Umm I really don know but u should be k I had a leak in mine I flushed all my coolant and filled it back up and didn't need to bleed it. Just leave ur cap off start the car let it warm up for 10-15 mins if it heats up then u have a air pocket but also u should have a bleeder on there just open it and all the air will come out.

Sounds like your bleeding off your fuel pressure. If your fpr isnt leaking maybe check your injector o-ring seals? had this same scenario on a fore explorer one time. Would start and bleed off fuel pressure until it died. Make sure your fuel pump wires arent crossed!! Haha

forgot to add u can pull the vacuum line off the FRP as well and if u try to start it and fuell comes out then the regulator is bad internally.

well first of all check for any DTC's then check your timing, correct it, then check power going to your IACV ( idle air control valve)
