Are you guys just using stock replacement ball joints and tie rods? Or are you grabbing something else for these? I'm in the process of replacing both of those and just figured I'd ask.

Moog ball joints and Tein tie rods are the popular choices.

Awesome. Thanks. Do you guys normally order these from a specific site? Or just anywhere you can find them?

Someone said the Tein pieces are basically stock replacements and you'll still get a lot of bump steer with them. Supposedly the SPL's are adjustable and quite a bit stronger. Talking about the tie rods here. I got my 2 Moog ball joints off Amazon for $88 shipped! Woot!
Thanks again for all the input! Just need to order my Fortune Auto coils and she'll be back on the road. Lesson learned: Even if you can't afford good coilovers the first time around, don't buy Godspeed. :( Lol. Make it so you CAN afford good coilovers. End of story

just run moog tie rods, if you plan on using spl outers (can correct bumpsteer), you need to run the z32 inners not the stock.
the saying i go by, is do it right the first time, you'll end up wasting more money and time doing it a second time.

Hubs
Another question about replacements, is anyone using these? Or is there something wrong with them? Lol. I also need a new wheel bearing, and was going to replace both, but that's like $80ish, when I could just get these?
WHEEL FRONT HUB BEARING 5-LUG CONVERSION 240SX S13 SILVIA CONVERT S14 300ZX | eBay (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=130584558422&category=170141&_trksid=p5197.c0.m619)
I'm currently using the J30 front hubs with the new snap ring groove cut in the hub. I just wondered if these hubs above would be better? Any ideas?

This also applies to hubs/wheel bearings. Just get OEM.

I needed the 5 lug swap though. It's an S13. I was under the assumption that S14 5 lug hubs don't work on the S13. Hence why I went with the J30 hub swap.

I ordered my ball joints off of Rockauto $60 shipped for two "premium" ball joints from Raybestos. I'm running S14 inners and SPL outers on a S13 chassis.

Correct you'll need the S14 spindles also to run S14 hubs. Plus you'll have to drill out your lower shock mount holes in order to clear the bigger bolts needed for the S14 shock mount holes. Seem like a lot of work but it really isn't.
