Are jdm and usdm front knuckles different?

I have these jdm s13 front 5 lug knuckles. I tried installing the jdm hubs onto my usdm knuckle/spindle but they were not of the same spindle diameter so that's already one difference.

What I need to know now is if the knuckles themselves are physically different i.e. can I remove my usdm knuckles and replace with jdm knuckles without any other modifications? Help me out guys.

i dont think s13 jdm usdm knuckle/spindle is different i know the s14 ones are slightly different not 100% sure on the jdm to usdm ones though and couldnt see y the knuckles would be different

There is no such thing as a (factory) 5 lug s13, JDM or otherwise.

You should be able to figure out your problem with that pertinent piece of info.

If they came with the Lower Control arm just bolt those up.
Other than that you will just need some bolt spacers for the shock bolts
