NZ 200sx mix an match build up

Hey. been watching things around here for a while an thought i really should add my tin can to the collection.

1990 Nissan 200sx(nz new 180sx)

day after i picked it up.

Removed the right rear wheel as it was twisted six different ways from sunday.

Thought id give it to a shop to fix up some bits. they didnt take care of it an took for a test drive an bonnet that was not secured as latch was broken came up an took out sun roof an cracked windscreen. after arguments an talks with them they clammed i did not inform them well enough. so i paid them what small amount of work they carried out. an took it home in worse shape.

got it home, looked at it with disgust for 3 months, then man'd up an started tearing into it myself to get it working properly.

pulled dash to get electrician to inspect an fix(been through 3 guys trying to get it sorted an non done a proper job so far)

Thought stuff it. I dont trust anything on this car to be in working order. lets take it back to basics an get it all right. so prepared the motor to be pulled to have the bottom end refreshed an the engine bay made work-able.

day after engine pulled started removing all extras to clean up the half rattle caned engine bay an oil covered everything else

did a 5 stud swap

so as it stands now. car needs for it to go for its cert to be road legal with the engine swap an suspension

current paint in mind is the colour the engine bay is. which is bmw cirrus blau

for some reason the skittle colors just make me wanna scratch my eyes out, but i dig all the work you put into it. does the car actually run now? was it mostly the electrical issues keeping the car parked?

yea electrical is the main thing hampering it. an having a small budget to work with. but yea it runs. drives but not very well as the gearbox wines cos of bearings an gauges dont go.
