Random exhaust question

If I put an Apexi n1 muffler without a resonator and only have the muffler to the cat, will it be too loud? Since I have the muffler already but it didnt come with the resonator. BTW I have a s13 and has a stock ka24de

I would get a resonator... You don't want it to sound like a fart can.
