Good Deal?

Do you guy's think this AEM Intake I just won, was a pretty good deal? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2451250148 Assuming it's just an Intake, but they usually go for $150 and up. So I decided to jump on it.
