There is no price, can't really say if it's worth it or not.

Kind of hard to tell if it's a good buy, since the op didn't post a price that I could see. Also, you didn't state how much you were offering him.

Sorry I didn't include but he's offering for $4,800 and is willing to go down

Should I be concerned about how the engine runs and the exhaust leak?

Not worth the money IMO. Just doesn't look it's value at all.
always be concerned about the engine and exhaust leaks are annoying not really life threatening

would about 2k be a reasonable price for what it is?
sorry for being a noobie but just to be sure, this is a twin cam right?

^ +1 unless he can find a fanboy in a hurry....unless your that fanboy. 2k will prolly just piss him off.

Tell him $3K and to keep the wheels...It's not worth much more then that...

There's alot better 240s on here for that price, but if your set on that one an exhaust leak isn't hard just order all new gaskets and take apart the whole exhaust side and then put back together. And the powersteering can be installed pretty easily unless it's missing all the crossmember lines or something like that but still it looks kinda clean, but still not my kind of 240.

its a standard 240sx now a days. Looks hacked up, probably is, also looks like it might have been in an accident because the hood is a different color and it has aftermarket front fenders... you would have to find out yourself.

not really in a rush but i'm also looking for an s14 unfortunately the owner
of the s14 isn't responding.
but planning to go and take a look at the 240sx with the exhaust leak sometime soon
