Ok just a quick question i would liked answered! I have an aftermarket alarm with my car that i got when i purchased it. It's acts as a fuel cut im guessing also because i tested out getting in it while the alarm was on and would not crank at all or anything. I'm not sure how it works because im not techy at all with alarms what so ever! I need to get a turbo timer for my car cause i'm tired of waiting for it to cool down, but if i put one i cant lock the car while it's on. I really dont have to want to wait around for a couple minutes for my car to cut off to lock my car. So which would be the best route to go? As in which alarms let me lock my car while its still on or is there another alternative?

The last couple blocks before you turn your car off just drive normal. Unless you are redlining your car right before you stop you should be fine. If your on the street how is your turbo getting that hot anyways?

well when i pull into my neighborhood i always cruise in neutral to my house. well on the street i drive normal im not the type of person to beat up my car, its my daily. im just saying in general i would like a turbo timer just to feel better about my motor/turbo lasting longer and want a nice alarm so i feel safe leaving my car in parking lots.

Get rid of that alarm and buy a viper 5704 from broadfield HERE (http://zilvia.net/f/electronics/412677-viper-alarm-packages-sale-w-free-sensors.html) with a built in turbo timer. If you don't know how to install it, get someone to install it. It'll be cheaper that getting it at any alarm or audio shop. Easy. Plus you'll have remote start to warm your engine up and he even gives you a free sensor.
