SR20 idling rough running rough

Can't get this sr to run good won't stay running its my friends it is a black top sr with 256 hks cams Freddy manifold. Stock ecu stock harness. The engine won't idle by itself. Then it idles rough. Sometimes it idles at 3000. Sometimes it hops. I have included a video of us trying drive it down the street. And suggestions.

i think you have some vacuum leaks

this is my car.
When i rev it under 2500 it will rev kinda rough but when i go over that it will jump to 3k and idle there. it will drive on its own. half the time in the vid i wasnt even on the throttle. 3000rpm's it what it is idling at. any suggestions to what it might be?
anyone?
