Story: So i have a 91 240sx coupe. One weekend i lost both sets of keys to the car (soooo stupid). So i ordered a whole new ignition (switch/tumbler/everything) it even came with 2 set of keys, which is awesome.
Problem is, i drilled out the tampered bolts from the old ignition (considering i fucked up the old igniton cuz i was trying to start it with a screwdriver. anyways, i drilled out old ignition, slapped the new one in, connected all wires, besides one which was located behind where the push to unlock key button is. Theres a white cover behind it, with a connecter sticking outta it (which i have no idea where it goes...maybe tht could be the problem), but the old igniton didnt have what the one i just ordered has on it (white cover case looking thing). Point being slapped the new one in connected most of all wires but the one, and my car interior lights doesnt come on? you can hear the bell when u put the key in but as soon as i turn the key over once not a single light in front of me comes on? PLEASE HELP!!!! MESSAGE ME OR JUST POST ON HERE!! HELPING ME FIX MY CAR WOULD BE THE BEST XMAS GIFT EVER! HAPPY HOLIDAYS ZILVIA AND FRIENDS!
