S13 sr in S14 chassis questions?!?

I'm alittle lost on my set-up right now, Does anyone know what the third fuel line is for? I know the fuel filter line is feed and the one off the fpr is return,(correct me if I'm wrong) So what does the third one run to? its a s13 sr in a s14 chass. Another question Would a wrongly adjusted BOV create turbo flutter, compressor surge?

The 3rd one is just a vent line out of the gas tank. It usually goes into a charcoal canister. I usually just leave it open.

Yes, a overtightened BOV will cause flutter. Thats the reason you have a BOV, to relieve the pressure back into the turbo after the throttle plate closes.

Cool! My main concern about that third line is that maybe outside moisture can travel but yeah I have to open too, and the BOV I'm running the Greddy Type-S and I swear that BOV either sucks or I can't find the sweet spot on the adjustment, boosting with a T28 on 13psi
