Ok so I started a 2jz 1996 240sx s14 and it has 5lug 300zx brakes all around and I was going to run a weld 15x8 rim because I was going with a m/t et street radial 275/50/15. I heard I need a certain offset to clear the rear 300zx brakes. Anyone experienced this before? Thanks

Offset has NOTHING TO DO WITH BRAKE CLEARANCE!!! It all depends on the rim face design.

Yeah, face and hub pad thickness determine what wheels can and can't be run.

But why do you want to run such shitty wheels?

To answer your question if you can rock those trashcans, no.

For the front you need to choose wheels with an appropriate spoke design to clear the calipers, the offset is not a big deal as long as you choose something low enough that it clears the front shocks. The rear it isn't very important- I would get 15x8 +30 something to run with that tire in the back.

Why in the world are you talking about the front shocks?
