I don't know how much torque helicoils can hold, but that's probably your only option other than replacing the crank or drilling and tapping the holes to a bigger bolt size.

go to auto parts store and buy a G20 sr20 crank...
its like 250...
....its easy
and new oem bearing i got for 60...

When I was installing the flywheel in my SR I thought that I had stripped my threads but it ended up being the bolts. I was using brand new oem bolts and as I tightened them, the bolts actually started stretching before they reached torque spec and would not tighten. Scary moment but I ended up just using the original bolts and they tightened fine. Definitely check that just to make sure that's not the problem.
