Just cause it has a rebuilt title doesn't necessarily mean its garbage. Just gotta do some serious inspecting before buying it. Id ask what kinda accident it was in, the extent of the damage, who repaired it with what parts etc. Then make sure its got good alignment, drives straight with no vibrations, then check the body and chassis for bends, stretches, welds, spraybomb paint and any other type of defects. Sometimes cars are written off even if the chassis is fine.

thanks! i did take a good look at the chassis as it was rear ended only at 20 mph, every was true and straight, it was repaired at a legit shop with receipts. so i think ima pull the trigger on it. its a great price for a s2k

I would remove the carpeting in the trunk and look to see how bad everything is wrinkled. Hitting an inanimate object at twenty mph is still pretty fast.
Though I will say, six grand is a nice price.
