Weird leak and what are these?

So I've parked my car for the winter and just decided to go fire it up and let it run for a bit. So I'm checking under my hood and see that the rubber hose that connects to my oil catch can looks kinda wet so I grab around it and wipe it and it's covered with what looks like new oil which is weird because my oil is pretty dark and this looks brand new. The oil was only around the part I circled and no I definitely didn't spill any on it.

Also when I was going to wire up my bee*r I pulled out the ecu and noticed these 2 things behind it. I don't have these in my hatch so I was thinking maybe they're the motors for the power mirrors/windows or the sliding sunroof. Anyone seen these before?
