Well i just bought my first 97 240sx, and im having a slight issuse with the lug nuts and wheel studs.I have XXR deep dish wheels and the guy before me didnt put extended wheel studs or locking lugs but he put spacers. I need the extended lugs because they are barely holding on with the stock studs. I just need help finding the right extended studs... Everything on the car is stock as far as the breaks go.
Thanx in advance

why not take off the spacers if you feel unsafe.. if you wanna keep the spacers go buy these:
Nismo 40222-RS025 60mm Extended Wheel Studs 240SX S13 (F/R) S14 (R) (http://www.frsport.com/Nismo-40222-RS025-60mm-Extended-Wheel-Studs-240SX-S13-%28F-R%29-S14-%28R%29_p_7862.html)
probably cheaper at "the nismo shop" aka West Covina Nissan

I dont drive the car & even if i were i cant get the driver rear lugs off, they are cross threaded to shyt. I was just gonna snap them off when i got new lugs. Not to sound like a cheap ass but its there anything less pricy? Is ARP any good? I just cant find ones that will fit, the front and rear.

they'll do the job fine, or you can buy the touge factory studs from ebay.
a little tip if you didn't know: lub each of the studs with anti-seize before putting on the lug nuts so they're not impossible to loosen when changing the brakes, rotating tires, etc.
oh one more thing: make sure you use the studs with the proper knurl size. i don't know about s13's but with my s14 the rear hubs used a different diff. size than the front.

do yourself a favor and buy the nismo's or don't worry about modding the car at all. don't put circuit sports anything on your car, or godspeed, or whatever is good enough for "your tight pockets" if you don't have money, don't buy a car to mod. I don't understand why this is so hard for "noob's" to understand instead of asking for help, and saying naw dawg too $$$ how bout them rota studs.

(http://www.nicoclub.com/archives/remove-and-install-lug-studs.html) This isn't a turbo we're talking about, it's friggen studs. You can't really mess that up.
Did a Google search, couldn't find one case of them failing. I say go for it OP, although I'd personally get ARP. Plenty of people rock Circuit Sports studs with 0 problems.

My brain would not let me drive a car with cheap wheel studs with confidence. If you can do it go for it.

Ya know what, Lindsay Lohan looks fine too, but I wouldn't tap that with Wayne's needle ya know?
And you are right, these aren't turbochargers we're talking about...these are wheel studs...ya know, what keeps your wheels on your car, and keeps you from crashing out of control. I guess it's all good....
PS: With enough searching you can find domestic equivelents for half the cost.
