Safety 21 is essentially the same design as a Cusco, just different material. Neither come standard with a cross bar or harness bar.
Have you thought about just having a custom, weld-in one done by a local chassis shop? Not sure what/where MH is but there should be local fabricators that could whip you up something effective for relatively cheap. Much better option than a bolt in for close to the same amount of money (in some cases).
Definitely go custom, the bolt-in bars I've seen fit like crap due to being designed to be used with full interior. If you're going to a roll bar, ditch the interior to get it close to the edge of the chassis.

He is looking for a roll bar, not a cage. If you just want a basic bolt in roll bar go with autopower. If you have the cash to go custom, do that for a perfect fit. Instead of welding it to the car, they will weld mounting plates on it.

Eh, make a roll bar with some cardboard, styrofoam and sticky tape. This adds at LEAST 100 horsepowerz
