I replaced my turbo a couple of months ago bolted evertying back no leaks
Recently I found a 2in dia. Puddle of oil under my car
So I have two questions I'm running stock lines BTW
1.should I helicoil the block fitting since that's where I'm leaking from or just
Send the Banjo bolt to the trash and use AN fittings and a SS line?
2. I have read on other forums saying that if I do go SS lines I need a restrictor some where in the line before the turbo do I need the restrictor or am I fine with out it?
This is on a T25 BTW
Need someone to clearify before I make rookie mistakes

Bumping this up because my oil feed line banjo bolt is leaking like crazy. New crush washer or replace the line (if the block isn't cracked or stripped)

I have a bottom mount s15 turbo, can I access the bolt or does everything have to come off?

You need to ALWAYS use NEW crush washers or they will leak.

I was just seeing if it was a common problem with that banjo bolt. Is it the same crush washer as the oil drain plug crush washer?

Yes it's a common problem. If new crush washers don't work, go with AN fittings. I had the same issue but mine was worse, the block was cracked where the banjo screwed in. Had to weld it shut and run a new oil line from the filter housing.

Hey do you have part numbers for what you did? I need to do the same thing cause my block is completely stripped.
