does the tps in the automatic harness have to be wired up? im having some bogging/sputtering issues between 1800-3k rpms. it wont sputter or bog if i rev it up slowly, but if i stab it it'll sputter and wont stop till i let off the gas and rev it slowly. any ideas what the cause of this could be?

Do u have a s13 tranny or s14? The s14 tranny has a crank position sensor on top of the bellhousing,other than that,there are many factors bad,MAF,bad FPR etc,what codes is your ecu throwing,what do u have,zenki ,kouki?details on harness and ecu ?

well i bought the car as is, im unsure if it has the s13 or 14 trans, how do i check?
harness is the automatic on wired up to work. automatic ecu too i assume. its a 95 zenki.
codes are:
p0100
p0325
p1400
p0705
p0750
p0755
p1760
p0740
p0745
most of these codes are the automatic stuff and egr related, my egr stuff has been removed. i just checked these codes, the p0100 wasnt on the last time i checked it and now it is. the knock sensor one, i tried replacing it with a junkyard one and it had zero change, i plan on bypassing it.
