Once i start the car on... it starts to shake a little then when i press on the gas it shakes more and dies.... does anyone have a solution or why this is happening? its a KA24DE... also the needle for the RPM is having a hard time to get to 1,000 and the exhaust sounds like its choking

does it sound like a slowbaru, i mean subaru? could be fuel injectors(or anything related) are dumping fuel into the cylinders or could be MAF or timing wrong, overheating and you dont know it????many things

Could be dumping fuel, could be not enough fuel, could be timing, could be coolant temp sensor, could be a lot of things.

Have you not troubleshooted anything at all?

First thing I'd check is your maf connection an maybe clean your maf. I had something similar where it would bog down hard on accel and would blop idle. Turned out just to be a loose connection at the maf. Just picked up a new retaining clip for $4 and problem solved.

So I check the Maf and it's plugged in tight. I drove freewAy and I noticed the power was going down from 3 rpm to 2 so I pressed the gas harder to stay above. I'll probally get a new Maf. I do hope this is the problem

instead of buying one, if you know a friend who has one or somebody here who can let you try theres, try another one, if its your problem, then buy one, thats if you have the option to TRY one first

what's the last thing you did on your car before all this happened?

sounds like a fuel pump starting to die

Nothing the hood is basically bone stock. But previously I have had incidences where I turn the car on and it has a hard time turning( Just like this post but instead of dying it would work) so I ignored it. And also probaly once or twice when I came to a stop sign my car would just turn off but Im able to start it up and go. And this time when I turn the car on is shakes like it previously did but instead of turning it died. I checked the MAF nothing wrong with it.

Have you checked the voltage coming from your alternator? How old is your battery? Mine started acting like that come to find out I had a loose ground and my alternator was bad

unplug each injector separately while its running if you can. sounds like one of them is stuck open. if you unplug one and the idle doesn't change then you know something is up. do the same with spark plugs but you might want to wear gloves. getting popped by a plug wire doesn't feel good. try doing the free stuff first before you spend $$
