I don't have one, but can tell you from having a 3" up pipe that sh!t is going to hit near the first bend.

What brand is it? (manufacture may be able to tell you)

worst case you will just have to modify it a bit, I would STRONGLY recommend extending it to the very bottom and back of the fire wall any way. (there is a substantial loss in power from the engine bay acting as a giant EGR system when a dump pipe/screamer pipe is not routed correctly)

Good luck and enjoy the extra sound ;)

i think it was a xs power but modded to have the internal WG dump instead of routing back into the exhaust.

i had my screamer (38mm) off the oem manifold on that side of the down pipe and it rubbed the steering column or would hit the rail when cornering. moved it so it dumps between the tranny/engine and the downpipe.

i have one on my rb and at first that shit was all over my steering shaft ...i had to mod it a descent amount .. reroute the open dump and the exhaust pipe ....ive noticed also that the height of the motor also adds to the amount of clearance ... yours is an sr so you should have a good amount of room to figure things out

what do you guys think if i just cut it short like leave it so its like 3-4 inches long? or is that a bad idea not having the exhaust gas out of the bay?

Real bad idea, a lot easier to start a fire that way, reroute the dump pipe more toward the ground.

just reroute it, it won't cost much to get the piping and cut and get welded up to where you want it so its safe distance away from the engine bay.

Def route that thing out of the engine bay, well with the extra hassle and cost
