I made a post that I wanted S14 FLCA's and S14 front steering knuckles.

flawlessflo3190 texted me pics of the said parts and they were legit s14 parts and exactly what I wanted. I sent him payment through pay pal and he ships me S13 parts instead. Huge liar and I am extremely pissed off. DO NOT buy parts from this guy. He is not responding to my text messages at all either.

i have filed a claim on pay pal and posted negative feedback on his profile.

he saw that i posted on his profile then he decided to text me back saying sorry and that the s13 parts were on his s14 and he thought that he was sending me s14 parts.

But he initially sent me s14 suspension pictures so he is just BSing me bigtime. now he wants me to ship back the parts THEN pay pal me back the funds.

I refuse to send him the parts back with my money in hand first. he will not agree to this saying that its "zilvia rules" for returning parts. he broke these rules by sending me incorrect parts in the first place.

this guy is still refusing to give me a refund. after claiming that these s13 parts were on his s14 he now claims that he did not ship these himself and that someone else did the shipping. I think its only fair that he refunds me my money before I ship the parts back because of his actions, Im not here to rip anyone off I only wanted parts.

Has anyone gotten anywhere with pay pal when a dispute was filed? would like to know how pay pal deals with this stuff

he should have never let someone else ship his items mistake one cuse the person who shipped it could have swapped parts so its his fault no matter what

You are in the right, I wouldn't have done it his way either. Contact a moderator and I think they can fix your trader rating if you explain the situation.

if its not too late, stop the payment through your credit card. they care more than paypal, and i think it over rides paypal. thats the best way ive heard of to get your money back in a scam.
