First off, yes the offsets are weaker than weaksauce.
The good news is you can buy wider outer lips to lower the offset of the wheel and widen them at the same time. CCW sells wider lips to make these 10,11,12,13" wide and each step up lowers the offset.

I believe a 11" wide setup will get lowered to +30 offset.
Wider lips are $150 each from CCW.

Condition:
-In normal shape, expect scuffs knicks..etc NO BENDS
-Two of the centers are faded, but removing the centers is easy, so painting the centers any color you want is easy.

No these are 1 bolt pattern.

Can you take more detailed shots?
What is the condition of the hardware, I can't tell by the pictures?
I can tell that the wheels are anodized black, are the faces brushed or shot peened?

The faces have a bumpy texture, so i think they can be described as brushed.
The hardware is in good shaoe, no damage.

Shoot me an email or text and i can take a closer picture of hardware i guess.

If they are a bumpy texture then they are shot peened. John at CCW said that is stronger than brushed or polished.
