rear wiper won't turn off!

I was checking to see why my pwr side mirror weren't working on my s13 and it was a blown fuse. now this fuse controls the rear wiper as well. when i replaced the fuse, the rear wiper started going, but it would not [email protected]! i have the turn the car off for it to stop. Neone know how i could fix this? i had to take the fuse out b/c i'm NOT driving w/ my rear wiper squeaking all day long...help me!!!

I had the same problem, check the rear wiring harness (especially where the harness goes from the body to the hatch). Mine had pinched some wires and when I turned on the defrost and/or rear winshield wiper it fried the whole rear hatch harness. It was not fun to replace. If it's not that check the relay.
