I was thinking about it today...Is there anyway to put a 300ZX Twin Turbo motor into a 95 S14? Not sure if it would fit, but it sure would be fun to drive.
http://www.zilvia.net/forum/topic.cgi?forum=2&topic=1663 If it worked in an s13 I don't see any reason it wouldn't in an s14. I always thought only the 89> would work but I guess I was wrong...or did the old ones come TT?

get a after market tran's if pos, (six speed), and do up the VG30DETT,(400-450hp), then stick it in.

How much room can you possibly have under the hood of a car that houses a 2400cc motor? Weight distribution? How about the rear end?

Well weight is a problem because of where the Turbo's sit and the location of the intercooler, and the funny thing is you can mount bigger turbos in the S14 engine bay, if you mount the Turbo's in front on the engine block, moving the custom radiator between the Bumper and the old Radiator mounts, oh yeah think about waht you can take out of your bonnet and could mount in your boot. Rear end use a Skyline(R33) LSD, or keep the S14 diff it should be strong enough, well if you don't go over say 450hp. Tall order nah, all is just in the quest for POWER, well the KA24DE-T can produce 400 hp then think about that, or if not try the SR20DET, but in the end I personally would go for the VG30DETT, just because it can be done, BUT!! it'll take longer that the other options to install and be installed properly.

yea i think the 89 and under 300zxs were single turbos. I say if u are to get a singal turbo engine for with the RB20 or RB25DET, mainly because it a much newer engine than those 89 and under 300zx engines. IMO i would get a RB26DETT (SKyline engine) it might be a bit more expensive, but thats what im saving for, that and a 240 (Im still looking for just the right one for me).
