Noob bogging/idle question

Well ive searched on here for bogging issues and have found some things to check but i haven't found someone with my issue. just for your knowledge, i'm a noobish to motor work, i've done suspension and body work. here's the deal, when i've give my car some throttle, it will bog down. the more the throttle, the more the bog. it also has a rough idle and it won't idle lower than 900-950. this is also a new-to-me ka24de that was swapped about 3 weeks ago with 77k. ive replaced the plugs, plug wires, cleaned the maf and throttle body, replaced most hoses (going to delete the egr so why waste the money on a new one), oil change and filter, air filter, seafoam, water pump, thermostat, radiator, and a couple other things. o and it started today after i got it back from having the front main seal replaced at a shop.

hows the timing and tps? as in set right and working right? u could have a bad cas sensor in the distrib.

someone told me that it probably wasn't. he told me that i needed to go buy something to read something (he talks fast lol). he also told me how to adjust but idk where to plug it in or where the TPS is. is there a link that has it pictured and a how-to on how to adjust it?
