Nothing huge but a few days ago my Purple Bubble Shift Knob 150mm was stolen out of my 240 hatch, my car was parked in the Knotts Berry Farm Employee lot in Buena Park, CA (yes i work there). I locked it before, checked both doors, and the person relocked the car after, no broken locks or anything, they didnt bother stealing my $250 jacket, Sparco Wheel or my brand new battery sitting in the passenger seat either. It was probably a Nissan person too since they took the adapter. There is one other 240 in the lot but I havent checked it out yet.
PS: Yes i have an alarm but my battery was so crappy that if i turned it on it would drain the juice... Have a new one though.

Ive been second guessing myself abut leaving my knob in the car while I go to class lately.

Next time, just put a beanie or a sweater or something over the shift knob to hide it. Thieves love flashy stuff.
