ill be trying out 215/40/17 front, 215/45/17 rear for a bit..might go 225 rear later.

right now, 215/45/17 all around on 17x9

225/50-15 on stokies... I like the stability it offers.

Its an M+S tire, but really helped me in this bullshit snow we've been having.

what brand tire are you looking to get?

if you are gonna stretch go with Dunlop FM901, Toyo T1S, Goodyear GSDF1....those tires have stiff sidewall and a "rim" protector if you may call it that and ive also tried those brands...the stretch really good and look nice, unlike other shitty tires like Kumhos or Pirellie Pzeros....Yoko ES100 also do not stretch very wall due to their super soft side wall...

id go with 215-40-17 on 17x9 and 235-40-18 on the 18x9.5
those will have a pretty good stretch to them...

u can take a look at my car in person to give you an idea on stretching....

mostly road racing..or touge sometimes..

trying to avoid understeer but still give my car a nice aggressive stance

also the tire sizes u guys gave arent for stretched look is it? sorta kinda wanna avoid it cuz i want my tires to last..18 inch tires are expensive!

Of course they are for stretch-tire... How else would you fit those babies safely under your fender w/o a lot of camber. Even if that was the case your tires would wear more than if you ran stretch with less camber. I'm running a 18x9.5 +22 in the rear with a 245/40 and about 2.5 degrees of camber... I can probably get to 2 degrees, but no more even with rolled fenders in the rear... not sure if this makes sense... but just test fit your wheels or look at someone locals... check out mine/Heartwork's setups if you need to gauge.

if u are worrying about expensive tires, why did u buy 18's? and a staggered setup?! and why did u get relatively low offset for?
if u dont want stretch, go with 235-40-17 on 17x9, 255-40-18 for the 18x9.5....you're gonna understeer like crazy...

u will need extreme camber and super pulled fenders....
i dont have to worry cause my fenders are pulled ;)

Just curious as to how this would make a car understeer. I really don't know
