No spark or fuel after engine rebuild (s13)

This weekend I finished up my engine and dropped it back in. As far as I can tell I haven't missed anything but like the title says I have no spark or fuel. I know the pump is good bc I straight wired it briefly to see if it would turn on and replaced the egi relay. As far as neither of them not getting power I have no clue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Check your timing and pull out the rail to see if your injectors are firing..when I rebuilt my engine I got my timing all off from replacing the Chain and that made the cas trip balls and yeah injectors wernt firing at first and sparks werent going off but yeah I redid timing and it's all good now..make sure the two notches on the cas line up once you insert it

Check your grounds. Make sure all harness grounds are on nice and tight otherwise the car will do weird things. My fuel pump wouldn't turn on at all, the car always thought the headlights were on, and only my high beams worked when I had a few grounds loose/not on.

^ I mixed up two of my grounds :/ put them to th chassis instead of eng. but it is running now thanks fellas!
