Brand new tires all around!!
19x9 225/35 hankook v12
19x10 245/35 nexen n3000
estimated offset is about a +15-20 all around
bought them relipped and he did not know offsets

2300 with the new tires
1800 no tires.

I'm not sure about bbk clearance. I have stock brakes on my GS and still have clearance. Best bet is if you're local and interested is to come test fit.
