My doors never close easily, I always find myself having to open and re-shut the doors a couple of times to get them to shut right.

I noticed on the one door jam, the previous owner had placed a bunch of rubber glue or something to help the door close. On the passengerside, that same area doesnt have anything.

The driver door closes easier than the passengerside door- so I am guessing it has to do with the diameter of that axle so that the door has something to grab on to?

Maybe you need to realign the door at the hinges or easier than that is to realign the striker (Where the door latches onto the door frame). Check out the FSM for the details.

what felt her snatch said but, look at the door when you open it! does it drop down a bit or swing right out? Is it that time of the year again?

Yeah I had to mess with mine. Jammed something in the hinge and then press the door tobend the hing. We worked mine around by doing this

If it dosen't close all the way, just bump it with your butt.

Or better yet, find your self a girl with a bodacious butt and have her nudge it with her ass! *SLAM* :boink:

lol thanks for the replys

I fixed it: it ended up being that the bushing on the striker plate was worn down- I just cut a piece of rubber hose and wrapped it around the axle and it works perfectly.

Mine was like this and I had to change out the latch in the door. My latch had serious play and I swapped it with another door I had. Good as new
