Ok here is the question. I did some research on here about headlight conversions for the S13. I want to really get rid of the pop up headlights but don't have the money to do the front end conversion nor spend thousands of dollars on the eastbear headlights. and although ClearCorners is only 2,000 or so its still far to expensive for a college student here.
I guess what I am wanting to know is what would you all suggest? I am at a loss here and would really really prefer to get rid of the pop ups as they are annoying and just need to go away. Thanks for any help. (and try not to flame me this is an honest question here)

I know this really isn't what you're looking for, but you can always go with the sleepy light setup. Outside of that all I can suggest is save up.
Good luck,

Would love to save up money for that, problem is though when you are going for your bachelors and then your masters degree in computer engineering you really don't have thousands of dollars to spend. Considering its 8,000 + dollars a year to go to college. So there is a tiny delima. But thanks though sleep eyed look is not really what I am wanting but will keep it in mind.

You already know your options for ditching the pop ups. the most economical choice is going to be the east bear setup for $650. Its up to you to decide whether its worth it.

You're talking to an Aerospace Engineer so believe me, I know what it's like. I'd suggest eating less. You can get pretty far on Ramen and Mac & Cheese....and save up in the process. At least that's what I did. But seriously on a serious note, I don't know many other options. You may be able to just keep an eye on your local junk yards. Good cars are totaled every day. You may find one with lights you can take....also try looking around to see if you can buy some used from another member.
Best of luck,
Matt
