how do i make my s13 lights do this? (half way open)

:D Hey man all you have to do is cut the brown wire off the pop up light switch thats on the left of your console. Pop the button out and cut the brown wire. Then you should be able to stop the headlight at the height that you want.

stop at the height you want ? as in hold the button until its where you want ? how do you get the light to be at the height you want ? (sorry,I know I sound like a dumbass,but oh well)
