She's known as "The Wellington Witch". She walks around town and sometimes rides her creepy ass tricycle. She wears a hat in the shape of a big black dick.

UC irvine has Swag man. he walks around UCI campus and no one knows who he is. He is always fitted with a jordan jersey along with some rare ass jordan kicks. He usually swings both his hands back but in the video he only swinging his left hand.

In the Palm Beach Gardens/Jupiter area (about 15-20 minutes drive north of Wellington mentioned previously), we have this lady called the Indiantown Gypsy. She's named after a busy local road that she's always seen walking up and down on. I've seen her a few times myself. She wears about 5 lbs. of makeup and is always carrying some kind of purse/bag with who the hell knows what in it. Apparently her name is Sherly. Here's a pic:

theres this guy that looks all goth who married a manikin he saw in the window of a lingerie shop. i never spoke to him, but i did see him boarding a bus in Bellflower on Clark and Artesia.
i cant find any pics of him, but apparently he's pretty well known because he was on an MTV reality show or something of that nature.

Then theres Patrick. he's not famous or anything, but he's very well known in my area. he walks the streets picking up garbage and works at the local AM/PM sweeping and keeping kids from tagging. they pay him in beer.
