Hello,
Had a problem with my RB20 yesterday and hoping you guys could help me out.
I was drifting. Decided to look at my ignition. Since i was running race gas i decided to advance it. After i did, i notice the motor was dying so i decided to put the ignition back to normal. after, i realized when i turned on the motor, the RPM's went from 1,200 to turning completely off. When i got it to turn on, i gave it gas and it stayed turned on. I gave it some test passes and realized it was cutting when turning. My mechanic said it might be cutting because of low fuel (had same fuel level as always and never happened before). it seemed as it was cutting because of gas because wideband read lean. After, i wiggled the maf sensor plug added a whole lot of gas, and it did not do it again.
Could this be ignition related? maf sensor related? or just low fuel?
thanks guys.
ps: feel free to ask more questions to help diagnosticate the problem.
