What do you think of this WG setup?

I am planing on buying this manifold w/ external WG welded on from a local guy.
The manifold is a megan racing v1.
The welds look solid and they haven't had any problems cracking on the original owners car.

Ill be picking it up Saturday, so any thoughts from people would be awesome.

P.S. whats the best way to weld close the internal WG door? (weld outer arm in place) or weld inner door shut?

Why not stock mani + ewg?

The only thing with that is that is permanent, if I weld the external arm in place I can cut the tac weld later if I want to sell the turbo.

Has anyone had problems with the door leaking if you weld the outer arm.?

I actually have a stock mani and a wg ready to be welded on but I didn't want to pay 500 to get it honed/extruded. Plus welding the flange one to cast iron I can't do. Cody ace quotes me about 150 for the welding and shipping it back but then I still need a dump made and it will come out being more.

I'm still not 100 percent decided yet
