Hello, I'm not much of a talker but here are pictures of my new shell. I swap all my parts from my old shell with a help of my friends. After 7 years of drifting and crashing the frame and body had it. It was to expensive and not worth fixing it so the car sat in my garage for 3 years. I started to tinker with my SC300 while it sat. I finally felt sorry for my 240 and was missing drifting. So I started getting parts while i could find a good deal on a shell. Some people probably seen my old shell in old school Driftday events like Fontana, Irwandale, Willow Springs, El Toro, etc. or seen me hang around with with my Dori Saru! friends.

I will be adding a Roll Cage and other stuff soon. I will also add a tow hook in my SC so it can tow my 240 to events.

I'm hating myself for liking a 180 with an s15 front

ps - Origin should be dumping truckloads of cash at your door step for making their ugly shit look good.

Thx, but its not Origin its Behrman (AKA: Wise Square) my hood, bumper, and side skirts came from the S15 D1-GP Spec Pro W/Technora carbon. I had to modify the skirts cause s15 is longer.

Thx, I'm thinking of adding a type x bumper add on to hopefully make the diffuser flow with the other kit

thank you for a cool looking S13.5 conversion mine is running a S15 factory bumper with steel fenders and a Gracer lip with currently kouki sides which are being changed out to another rare brand . LOL along with a Hot Road rear but I am so thinking of ditching hot road rear for a diffuser setup and yes like you I was thinking it would need some side valences with the diffuser.

Oh and your front bumper is basically an aftermarket version of the Spec R aero bumper. Which is a dope ass bumper as well. Only reason I did not run it on mine was the front opening was huge because it was designed for an intercooler. I am going NA so no need to have a big front opening.

Keep up the good work man.

Thanks, I wanted to use the real fenders but if I hit (knock on wood) then its harder and more time to fix so i just got the M's. How do you like the Gracer lip? I use to run it on my old shell but i went through 3 of them (stupid cone..lol). I wish it was made out of urethane instead of plastic.

I remember the purple.

lol.. its actually Burgundy. but everyone says its purple. My fiancee always tease me every time. lol

Maybe? if its bright then yeah. you should see it in person. the color is really bright. the pictures don't really show it. I used my tablet to take pictures and I haven't wash the car in 5 weeks

I wish i could make it higher. i cant even get out my driveway unless i take off the bumper. but if i did it would look off. maybe once i get bigger rims in the front.

Interesting, LOL my Gracer lip which came direct from Japan seems to be urethane at least its that flexible and even Sam (Jspec) said it was Urethane. That is why I went with it and the Factory front bumper. I did really want to run the factory Aero bumper, but like I said earlier the huge opening at the front for a intercooler just was to big.

Oh as far as the steel fenders go. I wanted good fitment and the ability to fix it. Yes I know for some people fiberglass work is easy but it can be messy. Plus Fiberglass has this tendency to crack under stress and with a car lowered its more likely too.
This is a matter of preference Sam prefers fiberglass to steel. LOL

I have not had the car on the road yet because of the current recession. My priorities just went other places. I am working on it again and hopefully by the end of December she will be up and running with V6 power.

Damn, nice little collection of vehicles you have there, I personally can't stand the S15 front conversion but I do like the uniqueness and rarity of parts on your car, the SC is sweet and the S2000 is absolutely gorgeous, I'm lovin' the color!

KiLLeR2001

I love how everyone "hates" the S13.5 but when they see it done properly, suddenly its an acceptable front end conversion. Whether people want to believe it or not the S15 front end flows with the S13 hatch, even more-so than with the S14. I know I'll get a lot of disagreements with that statement but study the rear end of both cars more closely.

The Gracer is urethane but the cheap kind. its like plastic to me. It shatters and tears really easy. I actually got my OEM bumper and my first Gracer lip from Sam and the other two directly from Greddy. As for the steel fenders you are right about everything. i would love to run them but if i hit really bad their is a point that the fender can't be repaired or it will take more time to fix while i can just go get another set of fiberglass fenders.

here is the first lip. Its a really old picture i think it was in 1990 or 2000. I actually used some duck tape because it shattered in both sides. lol
http://i69.photobucket.com/albums/i58/baycon02/IMG_0957-1.jpg
Here is my 2nd set that broke in the front. LOL I used stickers and duck Tape to fixed it lol. My 3rd set was the worst it shattered in several places.
