ok so i bought a ct26 turbo for my ka-t on sept 21 , the guy was like oh yeh 2 day it to me and ill 2 day it back to you, im like ok.. well 2 months later the guy still hasnt sent my shit, ive been trying to get a hold of him on the internet but ofcoarse he blocks my name on AIM, so last night i make up a name and start talkin to him, and he tells me , he has a t3 turbo for sale, wat a coincidence,
i got the guys phone number from him as well, now.... what can i do to get my money back?

You mailed him payment - if you want to go to the not so legal side you do have address.

ok i called that # and asked for gustavo. i explained to him that reprecussions are being taken and he'd better right the situation. he then decided to hang up and then call my # back and yell @ me fro getting involved. reguardless, contact the local authorities.
itll be taken care of.

Kinda sucks if you just sent him the cash because there is nothing "legal" you can do to him. Paypal is a good way to go for next time.

well i just contacted this guy and he informed me that he still has it and he was planning on sending it out.... yeh right... then i was like.. ok so you are sending me a ct26 with 30k on it right.. hes like no i have a t3 and ill send it too you.. what a fuk .. well he says to call him again tomarow and he will send it out.... so i guess im just hoping he is sending somethin.

Dude get a tracking number from him seriously and ask him to put signature on it... I work for the Canada post and you don't even want to know how many ppl try to screw ppl around... Seriously this is the safe way to go...

I've got a bad seller, as do many on Zilvia, and F/A. . his screen name is keinsm, and he won't reply to emails, etc. . the typical deadbeat seller. . I gave him a deadline until next Tuesday to repay (and I can negotiate to a certain degree). . but he won't respond. .

ANYWAY. . the point of my post is this. . if you have a bad seller, you can contact the FBI Internet Fraud Division at this website: http://www.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp

I'm hoping I won't have to use it this Wednesday, but I guess I may have to. . thank god I've saved all the email correspondance.
