Mine is all in Japanese lol
I have mine done any time I get new footwork or bend something.
There is no secret it will come misaligned from constant banging. I use to do it myself with ok results.. but after getting it laser aligned, there was no better feeling along with perfect tire wear. Of course these are drift alignments set to my liking. I just recently had my alignment set to suit Ebisu South for my next competition.
So on average for me probably 2-3 times per season. Now that I have a practice car that number will more than likely drop.

I aligned my S14 only one time ever. It was pretty early on.
Don't remember the numbers. Whatever looks cool with the tire/fender fitment is what mattered.

Once a season. Then if I bend or add something, I just set it to be as close as I can to what it was before I replaced the part. Then I wait until the next season to find out how fucked up my alignment was. Haha.

it really depends on the track im running. if i run a bunch of different tracks, i may realign my car 3-4 times. if i run the same track constantly without breaking something, then the alignment stays the same.

pretty much every time i replace a suspension component. but if my eyeball alignment feels pretty good, i don't bother.
i run a bunch of caster, lots of camber up front, and not very much camber in the rear, and zero toe. feels great.

Usually get alignment if I changed ride height. The moment I get new tires -- alignment. If I didn't change anything, then I don't get alignment unless it feels like something is off.
Numbers? Alignment numbers?
Front:
6 deg. caster
absolute zero toe
-3.5 deg camber
Rear:
absolute zero toe
-0.5 deg. camber

I have a question also for your coilovers what do you set your soft/hard settings at front and rear?

Not sure who that one is directed to, but I'll shoot...
12 is the max setting on my coilover.
Front: Usually 9/12 for hard driving. I go a bit softer if the surface is bad.
Rear: Usually start at 4/12, and raise the setting if the place I'm driving requires more stability when braking.

shocks are all valved different, no 2 shocks that are made for these cars act the same. Start in the middle, If you want more grip, let the front up and tie the rear down. if your at a super tight place tie the front down and have the back easy up.

I recently bought all SPL arms, power brace, and coils for my new S14. Threw everything on and made the SPL arms same length as OEM. After I put it all together I was still getting a really bad pulling over 45+ MPH so I decided to have Touge Factory throw it on one of them LAZER guys. Drives like a dream now, but I probably won't need to ever get another alignment unless shits real fucked up.

Once a season, and pray I don't bend/break/twist anything until the season ends.

I wish I could get alignments in the states..Here in Oki it costs about $400. Can't afford to do that 3-4 times per year UUUgggghhh
Front:
-4 deg camber
everything else in Japanese
Rear:
0 deg camber
In japanese again.

I generally would do mine by eye as close as possible since the car never saw the track.
Generally speaking -3/4 front camber, 0 toe, -7 caster. Rear -0.5 Camber, -2 toe.
But every car is different, everybodys vehicle height is different, everybodys wheel choice is different.. So its hard to just 'recomend' something.. Maybe you have the 'flush' look going on then its going to be tricky once again to try get low camber and a big tyre on there, so maybe your going to need -3 rear camber so possible 0toe would then be better.
Drift alignments over the internet dont work to well lol.

I've never gotten my car aligned in the 3 years i've had it. I always just use my eyes and deal with it. Haven't had exponential tire wear yet!

Got lifetime alignment and my buddy does my alignments so he doesn't care about all my aftermarket suspension arms and shit. But I think since I've gotten the lifetime I've gone about 4 times. After all of my suspension changes of course.
However, I guess they are trying to limit customers to 4 times per year. Stupid.

Ive got a friend that works at NTB and they have an in-ground alignment rack (great for low cars) so he hooks it up with alignments. I usually get one ever few events or when i replace change something on the suspension.
Right now on my Z im running
-3.9 front camber
9.X caster
1.5 rear camber trying to get more posi but arms are maxed out might have to modify them
0 toe
