I am offering a reward to anyone who leads me down the correct path.
I have a blacktop S13 SR. I also have an Apexi power FC D Jetro.
The car ranks and iddles fine(good enough for time being). No matter what I have tried I can not get the car to take the throttle. It is almost like i still need a MAF and it is stuck in safe mode. I did the initilazing probably a ozen times the samething for setting the timing. Also I went a head an put on a 255lph fuel pump. All my sensors seam to check out on the sensor check on the controller for APexi power fc. Like the title says I will reward anyone with information to correct my problem. Any Ideas and suggestions will be taken and results posted. I live in Alabama so for those of you who are goona suggest take it to a shop and have it tuned there is not one local. Thank all of you for your time

Put the car back to stock- stock ECU on the motor you have now, start trouble shooting the problem from there, once you eliminate that problem check ground and also check the wire harness for the maff and also the injectors and injector harness.
Get a Ohms reader to figure out if your not getting power to the right place.

first you take the do hicky and test it with the prob thingey and then from there take the thing a ma bobber and that should leave with a disca ma bobber and there ya go the car should be premium.

On the car issue... I would check your tps sensor. Its supposed to be at .45 volts. Mine was screwed one time , and it really effects throttle play. There is a post on here on how to adjust your tps. Look it up. Just a suggestion...

I got the caras part of a trade where I recieved a 1990 hatch with an RB25 in it fully functional and I recieved the blacktop and the parts listed. Now i am trying to get the sr going. I do have the stock ecu but not a MAF. Also the harness looks to be in bad shape and maybe the problem, but I wanted to explore a little before I bought a new one.

Not sure who you are but I've been helping people on here long before you signed up. This isn't even about misspelled words, this is about trying to decipher what the fuck his problem is (and he still hasn't elaborated on it.)
There is no reason for you to be here because you've already stated you can't help him. So please exit the thread until you are more knowledgeable on the topic of car diagnostics.
Now if you really want to help since you are a master of all languages foreign and domestic, how about explaining to me in proper English what his problem entails. If you can't do that then you need not post anymore.

My understanding is the Jetro, being a MAF delete system, is designed to be easier to tune than the MAF version for higher horsepower application. I'm surprised you're having this much trouble. I have to think you're stuck in the 2,500 RPM max protect because the Jetro can't read the air-speed/density in the intake manifold (MAP) which would lead me to believe the MAP or IAT sensors are bad themselves.
Here's a great FAQ for it...very inclusive....even some hacks if you're so inclined.

Do you have a wideband? When you quickly press the gas pedal... does it go lean or rich? What timing are you set at?
Have you tune it? What is the rest of your setup?
If you have access to a datalogit? There is a setting that you can adjust with datalogit(not sure if you can with the controller). It's Inj Vs TPS accel... if you can adjust it it could help!
anyway please more info about the setup!!!

I'd guess you may be able to take it to Autozone and have them run some power through itm they have a shit ton of adapters and procedure for checking electronics like sensors, coils, and alternators, they may be able to help you.

^been accepted lol jk, and i doubt it my autozone told me to use a slide hammer to remove an inner tie rod... i would try looking on here more on other ways to test. have you ran your sr without the the jetro yet or are you doing everything all at once

man, I hope you fix your problem and I also hope you have new ones and post them in here looking for help. Because the responses on here made me laugh. My original thought is what is the rewward? Rewards dont always have to be good, so I would not be inclined to help if I knew the rewards was a reach around from some dude, as I would if it was free car parts or money or something like that.
IF you wanted to let a shop look at it then there actually is a couple "local". Put the car on a trailer and take it to trackmasters in huntsville or Motivations in B'ham, I would go to motivations as the tuner and tech there is a bit older and knowledgable over arthur at trackmasters but either way and you also have midnight auto in huntsville that specifically does s chassis and z's.

i dont know if its been mentioned but i dont want to read through the thread because its such a shit storm lol. have you checked your cas(crank angle sensor)? it may be bad or someone could of put it in a little off and it can cause all kinds of problems.
