Granted you actually performed the compression check correctly, your headgasket is most like blown. Is the coolant bubbling in the overflow tank after you turn the car off, or does your oil look like chocolate milk? Was the compression test done with the engine warm?

havent checked them and yes my motor was tested when it was warm .. to check my oil can i just use the dipstick or do i have to drain it?

Burned your exhaust valves. Do a leak down check (granted you have a compressor and gauge set-up for leak-down) and listen for air flowing through the exhaust. If you don't have the tools or the knowledge of how to do it, take it to a shop, tell them that you have low compression in all the cylinders, and you'd like a leak down check. They'll charge anywhere from .5-1.0 hour for the diagnostic. Bring the results back (leakage readings and where the air leaked at [intake, exhaust, crankcase]) and I'll see what I can do for help. If the air goes to the cooling system, then there's a blown head-gasket/cracked/warped head. Need more information.

One of a couple things to check also would be fuel injectors. one going out can make it have similar issues. make sure each one is ticking. either a stethoscope/screwdriver to the ear or NOID light kit can check and make sure they're all pumping away
Another thing to check is the plug wires. make sure they're not grounding out.
There's a few other things as well. Check other threads for similar "misfiring" issues

well anyways my compression is really low and i planned on turboing my car so i might as well by a new motor right?

no, it will be far cheaper to fix your motor. and it will be good for you to learn about it before you even think of turbocharging it.
