How do you install Horn Button? Not Wiring!

Geez, I feel like such a noob. I installed my Rapfix quick release today with a HKB hub and a 360mm Nardi Competition. The problem is, when I got the horn button to work, it was constantly grounding and the horn wouldn't turn off. I put the ring in the center bore, and now I cant fit the horn button in.

WTH? In the instructions they show a Nardi Steering Wheel mounted on the quick release... what the heck am I doing wrong? HELP!

Ok, I solved 1/2 of the problem... the horn is in and working just fine since I removed the inner ring that came with the quick release. I figure the inner ring is just included for steering wheels that have smaller center bores and buttons.

Now my Question is this...

The horn button has a sort of spring mechanism that holds the button in the bore. I noticed that it doesn't lock in, it kinda works it's way out just a little. I imagine that's normal... is that right?

some horn buttons have to reconfigured. a couple of them have two pins on them, you only need to plug into one of them. (so that the horn doesnt stay on all the time)
