Background: Engine dies when I let go of gas. Thought it was the IACV, but has started stalling again.

I'm starting to think its fuel related now because I can feel engine randomly losing power when I'm driving. First thing I checked was the fuel pressure regulator per FSM spec below.

It says after a few seconds gauge should read 43 psi (boxed in red above), but mine is reading a constant 34 psi. See video below. Ignore lasso in background LOL, video is sideways too sorry about that.

I continue to Step 8 on the FSM and attached a vacuum source. Now it is reading a constant 43 psi while the vacuum source gauge is zero. The vacuum reading from the intake manifold I plugged up is reading 21-22 inHg as it should be also. I increase the vacuum and the fuel pressure decreases as it should. See vid below.

So the main question is, so is my FPR bad or good? Why is it behaving properly with a vacuum source attached, but isn't when hooked up normally? Is something else bad?
