Whats missing!?

So I purchased this used "tuned" ecu. My car runs like absolute sh!t with it installed. Took off the cover of the ecu and I have a feeeling something is missing. Just wanted to see if anybody else thinks the same thing?

I was told the chip is missing from the black box in the upper right corner. Long rectangle with the pins exposed.

Pretty sure the daughter board is suppose to be there.

some coolguy took off the daughterboard (as pointed out, the big empty slot in the top right corner). you got scammed.
