Where to find switched 5v in s13?!?!?!?

Im wiring up my vh45 s13 and the VH needs a switched 5v for the TPS and coolant temp and I cant seem to find one probing around. Seems strange because the 5v stuff usually comes from the ECU...
ANY IDEAS ON WHERE TO FIND 5v SWITCHED?????
