so i dont understand the whoel tuning process

what am i suppose to do send my ecu somewhere and they will do it and i plug it in and go or i gotta get my ecu chipped then plug it in and tune it then go i dont understand this method any help guys??

If you already have a tuner in mind, why not call them and ask?

That is the easiest way to find out how they work.

thats the thing idk what or who cam tune it
