So i tried to setup another fuse box to power my accessories like gauges, controllers, etc. and i keep blowing fuses. Blowing the 30amp fuse everytime i put the power to the "on" position. Can anyone tell me why?

My setup is:

Battery > 10g wire > 30amp inline fusable link > 30amp 4 pin relay > 10g wire > 6 output fuse box > accessories

Relay is getting the signal from the radio acc wire.

Grounds are as follows:

-------------LC-1 grounds > 14g wire \
--------------------------------------\
Fuse box ground > 14g wire \---------- 10g wire > grounded to head
-----------------------------12g wire /
----Relay ground > 14g wire /

Everything soldered together.

I'm guessing you are not pulling anywhere close to 30 amps, so that shouldn't be the problem. You have something that's causing a dead short when you turn the key on. I can only assume you have the relay wired incorrectly or something is grounding out somehow. So how exactly is the relay wired? Give me pin #'s and the wires you have attached to them. And don't tell me by memory... actually look at the relay and write it down.
